United Airlines Adds 4 New Routes From 2 Hubs For Spring 2027

Coast to coast expansion links San Francisco with Charleston, Hartford and Oklahoma City as transcontinental options grow. United Airlines is set to add four new routes from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Chicago O'Hare International Airport for Spring 2027. The airline will operate three new services from SFO, three from its mainline aircraft, and one from its regional arm, United Express. The new services will begin from San San Francisco to Charleston, Hartford, and Oklahoma City in late March, with the sole international route to Bermuda launching in early April. Beginning on April 3, United will launch a once-weekly service from Chicago O’Hare to Bermuda, which has no other nonstop services to Chicago. The expansion brings United's total network from SF to six destinations, following Chicago, Denver, Houston, Newark and Washington Dulles. The decision to expand at Charleston further reinforces United's ambitions for the South Carolina airport.
