Public safety and mission-critical operations will continue as normal, with the City's mulch site at 2100 N. 145th East Ave. set to reopen on Saturday, March 30, to resume its regular schedule. The city's Animal Welfare Shelter will also remain open throughout the weekend. Public assistance is provided via the 24-hour emergency numbers (918) 596-9488 for water and (9 18) 586-6999 for sewer. The Oxley Nature Center will remain open every day during the hours when Mohawk Park is open.

If you are a resident needing assistance with a water or sewer problem, call the 24-hour emergency numbers, (918) 596-9488 for water and (918) 586-6999 for sewer.
Trash, recycling, yard waste, and bulky waste will be collected on Friday.
• The City of Tulsa mulch site at 2100 N. 145th East Ave. will be closed on Friday, March 29. It will reopen on Saturday, March 30, to resume its regular schedule: Monday through Saturday (except for City holidays), 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and closed on Sundays.
• The City of Tulsa Animal Welfare Shelter, 3031 N. Erie Ave., will be open on Friday, March 29, and throughout the weekend, according to its regular schedule: open daily from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Tulsa Parks community centers all will be closed on Friday, March 29 and Saturday March, 30.
• Oxley Nature Center will be closed both Friday, March 29, and Sunday, March 31, but will be open Saturday, March 30.
• The Oxley trails will be open every day during the hours when Mohawk Park is open.
• Mohawk Park Golf Course, Page Belcher Golf Course, and the Tulsa Zoo will be open
• MetroLink Tulsa (formerly Tulsa Transit) will provide regular bus service on Friday, March 29.
